Mriash Law is a law firm for insurers, reinsurers, insureds, financial institutions, insurance brokers and businesses. Mriash Law has been conceptualised by Swapnil Jain (Founder) to meet the requirements of the rapidly changing business and legal environment in India, particularly in the post-Covid 19 world.
Swapnil has been practicing law since 2010 focusing on Insurance Law and specializing in coverage and claims handling. She has extensive experience including with contentious aspects of the insurance and reinsurance industry, vetting of general insurance policies, advising insurance and reinsurance clients on coverage aspects and undertaking claims monitoring work in various jurisdictions including USA, UK, Mauritius, South Africa, etc. Her dispute resolution experience includes arbitrations in India, consumer complaints, litigation in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and the Labor Court. Swapnil has conducted workshops on coverage, claims handling and claims trend in conferences and seminars organized by Insurers and academic institutions.
